Food blog

I have decided to write down everything I eat in order to keep myself aware of how fat I may be getting. So here goes:

This morning:

1 peanut butter cracker
1 chao sao bao
1 glass of water

snack:
garlic green peas

Lunch:
Ham and swiss quiche slice
Salt and vinegar chips
orange
glass of water
